So thankful my home warranty pointed me to Joe. We've had such a warm fall this year that I have not needed to turn the heater on till last night (just days before a big freeze) - what luck I find that the heater is not blowing warm air. I set up a claim with my home warranty this morning. Within 1 hour I got a call back from Joe Cool's Cooling & Heating and was told they could fit me in TODAY. Joe himself came to my house at the very beginning of the 3 hour window they gave me. Greatest thing is that it only took him about 10 minutes to figure out the issue. Instead of deciding a big expensive part needed to be replaced - he dug deep and saw that a nest of dirt daubers had infiltrated the system and created a blockage. He cleaned it out and just like that our house is warm for the upcoming freeze. I cannot speak more highly of the company.

These guys are terrific! They have been out to our house by Lake Arlington twice. I had water leaking down the air intake to the air handler. I feared the worst. Turns out that the air handler was installed incorrectly. Joe had the guys re-hang the air handler, problem solved! Well done!


Joe Cools AC came out and had my house cooling again in less that 2 hrs. Nice professional people. The owner came to my house on the initial service call. He is also a nice man. They know their stuff. Two thumbs up for Joe Cool AC.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. First real warm day in Burleson had the AC unit working a little too hard. Filed a service request with our home warranty, and they scheduled it with Joe Cool's. I tried scheduling service for later in the afternoon, and they made it much later. Turns out we were a few pounds of refrigerant light, Joe gave us a complimentary pound for the incovenience. Will definitely be giving them a call back, and recommending them. Great service - even on a Friday night after a long day. Thanks Joe!
